Nature-Led, Ethical & Sustainable.
04 / 05Provenance Is Everything
We Know Exactly Where It Comes From.
We launched The Orchard Table in 2021 with one goal: to bring the best of British food to our neighbourhood in a laid-back, welcoming space. Being part of the Millbrook community means a lot to us, and we’re proud to support the community garden as part of our mission to stay connected to the people and places around us.
Our kitchen team is all about sourcing top-quality ingredients from passionate farmers and fishermen throughout the British Isles. From free-range meats and LEAF-accredited fruit and veg to artisanal cheeses, we know exactly where our ingredients come from because we’ve visited the farms, met the producers, and built strong relationships with them.
04 / 05Our Family Of Suppliers
The Producers.
Regional Butcher
West Midlands
Our quality butcher supplies strictly free-range meats: coastal lamb, welfare-committed pork, dry-aged British and Irish grass-fed beef, and seasonal venison.
Day-Boat Fish Suppliers
British Isles
Wild fish purchased from day boats in waters around the British Isles. We buy daily — the freshness of our fish is what makes our dishes so special.
Market Garden Produce
Regional Farms
Fruit and veg from nearby fields and orchards. As soon as the produce is picked, it finds its way to us the next morning — first in line for all a new season has to offer.
British Cheeses
British Isles & Ireland
Artisanal producers from around the British Isles and Ireland.
Independent Brewery
West Midlands
Brews a number of our favourite beers.
Independent Coffee Roaster
City Centre
Roast their own beans, sourced from around the world.
04 / 05British Makers
We Built The Room Here, Too.
We designed The Orchard Table with British manufacturers at the forefront — from the bricks of the Crescent that set our palette to the steel of the kitchen and the pottery on the table.

Independent Design Studio
West Midlands
A local design team shaped the interior using the burnt orange and blue bricks of the terraced buildings nearby as inspiration.
Commercial Kitchen Maker
Northern England
Our energy-efficient induction kitchen, designed by our chef director Ben Ternent with Richard Green, was manufactured in Britain with British steel.
British Ceramics Maker
Staffordshire
Our plates and bowls are manufactured just up the road, including the Raku range with its lovely crackling effect from a special firing process.
Local Ceramicist
West Midlands
A local ceramicist who created bespoke vases and butter dishes for us.
Furniture Workshop
West Midlands
Richard and Dinah Berry and their team made our fitted wine racks, waiter stations and the comfy window seats and banquettes.
Textile Artist
West Midlands
In 2023 we commissioned Sarah Leigh to create the Elements piece in hand-made felt — green and blue, reflecting our focus on provenance and connection to the land.
